Return Process

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship to Milano

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
